PriMow Is a Connector, Not the Service Provider
PriMow helps customers (homeowners, renters, landlords, property managers, and local businesses) connect with verified independent local service providers in their zone. PriMow does not perform the service itself unless we specifically say so in writing.
What Is Active Right Now
Recurring lawn mowing is currently the active request flow on PriMow. Other service categories are listed as "Not yet active" and are not yet live for routed requests.
Provider Availability Is Not Guaranteed
Whether a provider is available, when they can start, and how they price the work depends on the provider. PriMow cannot guarantee availability, pricing, or scheduling.
Your Responsibilities as a Customer
To get a good match, please provide accurate address, property, gate, pet, access, and service details. Incorrect or incomplete information can delay service or result in extra charges from the provider.
Photos and Property Information
Photos you upload with a request may be shared with the matched provider so they can evaluate the work. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is handled.
Confirm Scope, Price, and Timing With Your Provider
Before any work begins, you should confirm the final scope, price, schedule, and any extra fees directly with the matched provider. PriMow is not party to that agreement.
Services Not Yet Active
Categories that are not yet active cannot be requested right now. When a verified provider is available in your zone, the category will open for routed requests.
