Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about how PriMow Home Service Connect works for customers and verified local pros.

For Property Owners & Businesses

+Is PriMow a lawn care company?

PriMow Home Service Connect is a platform that connects verified local pros with people requesting local service — property owners, renters, landlords, property managers, and local businesses. Lawn care and outdoor property services are live today. Other home service categories are not yet active — for those, we do not have a verified provider in your area yet, and we're working to find one. The actual service is performed by the verified local pro assigned to your category and zone.

+Will my request be sent to multiple companies?

PriMow is designed to avoid blasting your request to several companies at once. The goal is to connect you more directly with the provider serving your zone and service category.

+Why do you ask for property details?

Details like lawn size, gate access, dogs, overgrowth, photos, and notes help the provider understand the property before contacting you or visiting.

+Do I have to upload photos?

Photos are optional, but they can help the provider better understand your lawn, gate, backyard, or problem areas.

+What happens after I submit a request?

Your request is sent to the selected provider. They review your details and contact you based on your preferred contact method.

+Does PriMow set the final price?

The provider may give the final price based on your property, service needs, and local conditions.

+What if my zone's provider cannot take my job?

If your zone's matched provider is unavailable, fully booked, or doesn't accept the job, PriMow may help route your request to a qualified backup provider when one is available in or near your zone. If no qualified provider can take the job in your area, PriMow will let you know that service is not currently available so you can plan accordingly — we won't leave you waiting indefinitely.

For Pros

+Do I pay extra for every service I offer?

No. Your zone subscription allows you to receive requests for the services your company offers in that zone. You can turn services on or off based on your availability and qualifications — there are no per-service add-on fees.

+What happens if I do not offer a requested service?

If you do not offer a requested service or have that service turned off, PriMow can route the request to the next closest eligible provider who has that service active.

+Can I turn off services if I get too busy?

Yes. Providers can turn off services they are not currently accepting so they do not receive bad-fit requests. Turn them back on when you have capacity.

+Why do some services require verification?

Some services, such as weed control or fertilization, may require licensing, certification, or insurance depending on local requirements.

+How is PriMow different from other lead platforms?

PriMow is built around zones and service availability instead of selling the same lead to several companies at once.

+Why are zones important?

Zones help providers build route density, reduce drive time, and focus on areas where they want to grow.

+What information will I receive with a lead?

Leads can include customer contact details, address, service category, service frequency, desired start timeframe, lawn size, gate access, dog information, overgrowth status, notes, and photos.

+Are providers verified?

PriMow is designed to support provider verification, including insurance and service-specific requirements where applicable.

+Can I claim multiple zones?

The platform supports providers claiming multiple zones if they have the capacity to serve them professionally.
