Privacy Policy

When you submit a service request or service interest, we collect the information you provide — name, contact details (email, phone), service address, property and access notes, and any optional details about pets, gates, or the work you need.

When you apply as a provider, we collect business name, contact details, service area, categories, licenses/insurance documents you upload, and the standards/agreement acknowledgments required at application.

Your service address is used to match your request to the correct local zone and to route it to the verified PriMow provider for that area. Contact details are used so PriMow and the matched provider can follow up about your request.

Photos you upload with a request (yard, gate, problem areas, etc.) are stored privately and shared with the matched provider so they can evaluate scope and pricing. Provider-uploaded media (logo, team photo, before/after, intro video) may appear on the provider's public PriMow profile.

When your request is matched to a provider, your request details, contact information, address, and uploaded photos are shared with that provider so they can contact you and perform the service. We do not sell your information to multiple providers and we do not run bidding-war lead auctions.

If you submit interest for a service that is not yet active in your area, or for a market where no verified provider is available yet, we use your information to follow up about availability and to recruit or match a verified provider. Submitting service interest is not a service request.

We collect standard technical information (device type, browser, pages visited, basic error logs) to operate, secure, and improve the platform. We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools.

We use third-party vendors to host the platform, store files, send email, and operate analytics. They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Placeholder. We retain request, account, and provider records for as long as needed to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms. Specific retention windows will be published before public launch.

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of information you have submitted by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law or to resolve disputes.

PriMow is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
