Refund & Cancellation Policy
Plain-English placeholder explaining how billing, cancellations, and refunds are expected to work on PriMow. This page will be replaced with finalized terms before any provider is charged.
1. PriMow Is Pre-Launch
PriMow is currently in beta. Paid provider subscriptions may not be active yet. If you are reading this before payments are turned on, no subscription fee is being charged.
2. Future Provider Subscription Payments
When paid zone subscriptions go live, providers will be presented with clear billing terms before any charge — including price, billing cycle, what is included, how to cancel, and how non-payment is handled. You will not be charged without first accepting those terms.
3. Cancellations
Providers will be able to cancel future subscriptions through their account. Cancellations stop future billing as of the next renewal cycle. Already-paid periods are generally not refunded unless required by law or stated otherwise in the subscription terms in effect at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds
Refunds, if any, will depend on the published subscription terms in effect at the time of purchase and on applicable law. PriMow reserves the right to issue partial or full refunds at its discretion in cases of platform error or service interruption.
5. Customer Payments to Providers
If a customer pays a provider directly for service performed (cash, check, the provider's own invoicing, etc.), that payment is between the customer and the provider. PriMow is not party to those payments unless PriMow specifically processes the payment on the platform.
6. Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the email below. We will work with you in good faith to resolve billing issues. See also our Terms of Service and Provider Agreement.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes affecting paid providers will be communicated through the platform before they take effect.
