Refund & Cancellation Policy

Zone subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in this policy. If PriMow cancels or suspends your zone subscription for reasons other than your violation of the Provider Agreement, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. Directory profile fees ($29/$49 tiers) are billed monthly and are non-refundable for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact PriMow within 30 days of the charge for review.
