Provider Agreement
Last updated: 2026. This Provider Agreement is a plain-English placeholder describing how independent providers work with PriMow Home Service Connect. It will be replaced with finalized terms before paid zone activation and before any provider is charged.
1. Independent Business Status
Providers on PriMow are independent businesses. PriMow does not employ providers, does not direct day-to-day operations, and does not control how the work is performed. Nothing on the platform creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint-venture relationship.
2. Provider Eligibility
To apply, you must operate a legitimate local service business, be authorized to do business in your service area, and submit accurate information about your company, owners, and coverage.
3. Licenses, Permits, Insurance, and Legal Compliance
You are responsible for maintaining all licenses, permits, certifications, and insurance required for the work you perform, and for complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws (including tax, labor, environmental, and consumer-protection laws).
4. Customer Data Handling
Customer information shared with you through PriMow (name, contact, address, request details, photos) may only be used to communicate about and perform the requested service. You will not sell, resell, share, or use that information for unrelated marketing, lead resale, or other purposes.
5. Zone and Service-Category Access
Your access to leads is limited to the zones and service categories you are approved and (in the future) subscribed for. Lead routing is based on the customer's service address and your active zone coverage.
6. One Verified Provider Per Active Subscribed Zone
PriMow's model is "one verified pro per zone" for active subscribed categories. We do not auction the same customer to multiple providers in your active zone. This concept is a core part of why providers join PriMow.
7. No Off-Platform Diversion or Misuse of Leads
You agree not to use PriMow leads to circumvent the platform — for example, by encouraging customers to cancel and rebook off-platform to avoid future subscription fees, or by sharing lead information with other providers. Misuse may result in suspension or removal.
8. Response Expectations
You agree to respond to matched customer requests promptly, professionally, and accurately, and to clearly communicate scope, pricing, and timing before starting work.
9. Photos and Media Permission
You retain ownership of media you upload (logo, team photo, before/after, intro video). You grant PriMow a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that media for provider verification, your public PriMow profile, platform operation, and marketing/trust-building purposes, subject to future published terms.
10. Approval, Suspension, and Removal
PriMow reviews provider applications and may approve, decline, suspend, or remove providers based on inaccurate information, expired or missing documents, customer complaints, poor workmanship, misuse of customer data, off-platform diversion, or violation of platform standards.
11. Future Paid Subscription Terms
Placeholder. Paid zone subscriptions are not active yet. Before you are charged, PriMow will publish subscription terms covering pricing, billing cycle, cancellation, suspension for non-payment, and refunds. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Placeholder. PriMow makes no guarantee of lead volume, customer conversion, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriMow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Final language pending legal review.
13. Relationship to Terms of Service
This Provider Agreement is in addition to PriMow's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply to your use of the platform.
