PriMow uses local service zones instead of open-ended lead selling. Each zone represents a focused territory. Providers can claim service categories inside a zone, such as mowing, cleanup, landscaping, mulch, aeration, or weed control.

PriMow starts with lawn care and outdoor property services, but the zone model is built to support more trusted local service categories over time. The long-term goal is simple: one verified pro per category, per zone — and one request routed to one qualified provider.
Future service categories may include landscaping, tree service, snow removal, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, pest control, house cleaning, handyman, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and property maintenance. When PriMow expands a category in your zone, verified providers already on the platform will have the first opportunity to claim it.

PriMow lets providers choose which services they want to receive requests for. If you do not offer a service, turn it off. If your company is fully booked for a certain service, turn it off temporarily. Your zone subscription includes every service category — you only receive leads for the ones you have active.

Verification Is Required
PriMow is a verified platform, not an open marketplace. To receive leads, every provider must complete verification and provide all required documentation for the services they offer.
- Proof of valid liability insurance — required of every provider
- Business license where applicable
- Service-specific license or certification (e.g. Missouri pesticide applicator license for weed control / fertilization)
- Proper insurance for any specialized work (e.g. tree removal)
- Work photos and company logo for your public profile
- Admin review and approval before any leads route to you
A service can only be turned on if you are verified for that service. Regulated categories stay locked until your documentation is on file and reviewed.
