Two Ways to Grow With PriMow

PriMow gives verified local pros two clear paths: claim an exclusive zone and receive direct homeowner leads, or upgrade your public directory profile so homeowners can find and contact you directly.

1Zone Subscription

Own Your Category. Own Your Zone.

One approved provider per service category per zone. You claim a specific service in a specific zone — example: Mowing in Raymore, or HVAC in Lee's Summit. When a homeowner in your zone requests that service, the lead goes directly to you — nobody else.

One provider per category, per zone

You claim a specific service in a specific zone — example: Mowing in Raymore, or HVAC in Lee's Summit. When a homeowner in your zone requests that service, the lead goes directly to you and nobody else.

No bidding. No competing. No shared leads.

You are not competing against several companies for the same request. The homeowner chooses the service; PriMow routes it straight to the verified provider for that zone.

PriMow markets directly inside your zone

Your subscription funds local demand creation — ads, door hangers, postcards, canvassing — so homeowners in your territory know who to call.

You keep 100% of the job revenue

PriMow charges a flat zone subscription. There are no per-lead fees, no commissions on the work, and no take-rate on what you bill the customer.

Cards on file before launch. Charged on launch day.

Providers save a payment method through Stripe before launch. The subscription begins automatically on launch day — no manual invoices, no chasing payments.

Founding providers lock in their rate for life

Providers who claim a zone and set up billing before launch keep that rate as long as they maintain the subscription.

2Enhanced Directory Profile

Get Found. Stand Out.

Your business gets an upgraded public profile in the PriMow Local directory. Add photos, videos, and your logo so homeowners can discover you, see your work, and reach out directly.

Add photos, videos, and your logo

Show your work, your team, and your brand on a public profile that appears when homeowners browse the PriMow Local directory.

No zone claim. No exclusive leads.

This is a public listing, not an exclusive zone. Homeowners can discover you and reach out directly, but leads are not routed through the zone subscription system.

Two directory tiers

Great entry point while zone slots are being finalized

If your zone or category is not open for exclusive claims yet, an Enhanced Directory Profile lets you start building visibility with PriMow right away.

$29/month

Enhanced Directory Profile — includes free overflow leads when zone owners miss them.

$49/month

Enhanced Profile + Messenger — in-app messaging plus priority on free overflow leads.

Why We Charge What We Charge

Most lead platforms charge you per lead. That lead went to 3 other companies. You might win it. You might not. Either way you paid.

PriMow charges a flat monthly zone subscription because we are not selling you a lead. We are selling you a territory.

Your subscription does three things:

  • Protects your zone — Nobody else on PriMow can claim your service category in your zone. Every homeowner request for your service in your area comes to you and only you.
  • Funds your local marketing — We take your subscription and spend it driving homeowner demand inside your specific zone through Google ads, Facebook ads, door hangers, postcards, and canvassing. We are building your local customer base for you.
  • Builds route density — More customers in a tight geographic area means less drive time, lower fuel costs, and more jobs per day. That is worth more than a random lead from across town.

You are not paying for a lead. You are paying for a territory that PriMow actively markets for you.

How PriMow Compares to Angi, Thumbtack, and Traditional Lead Companies

Angi / Thumbtack / Traditional lead companies

  • Often sell the same lead to multiple companies
  • Can create bidding wars
  • May send low-intent or price-shopping leads
  • Often focus on volume instead of fit
  • Providers may pay whether or not the lead is useful
  • Customers may get overwhelmed by calls
  • Service area quality and route density are not always prioritized

PriMow

  • Built around exclusive service zones — no shared leads
  • One verified provider per service category, per zone
  • Flat zone subscription — providers keep 100% of the job revenue
  • No bidding wars and no per-lead fees
  • PriMow markets to homeowners to help create local demand
  • Designed for local route density
  • Detailed property information submitted upfront
  • Providers know which zone the request came from
  • Built for home service providers across multiple categories — starting with lawn care and expanding zone by zone
  • Designed for serious, professional providers

The PriMow Zone Model

PriMow uses local service zones instead of open-ended lead selling. Each zone represents a focused territory. Providers can claim service categories inside a zone, such as mowing, cleanup, landscaping, mulch, aeration, or weed control.

This helps providers focus on areas where they want to grow and helps the people who need local service — property owners, renters, landlords, property managers, and local businesses — find someone already serving their area.

  • Zones are designed for local service areas
  • Mowing can be exclusive to one approved provider per zone
  • Other categories can be claimed separately
  • Rural zones may be larger
  • Zone value is based on household density, opportunity, and serviceability — not lead-count promises
  • Flat zone subscription — providers keep 100% of the job revenue
  • Admins can manage availability, pricing, and provider assignments
PriMow Has Standards

Verification Is Required

PriMow is a verified platform, not an open marketplace. To receive leads, every provider must complete verification and provide all required documentation for the services they offer.

  • Proof of valid liability insurance — required of every provider
  • Business license where applicable
  • Service-specific license or certification (e.g. Missouri pesticide applicator license for weed control / fertilization)
  • Proper insurance for any specialized work (e.g. tree removal)
  • Work photos and company logo for your public profile
  • Admin review and approval before any leads route to you

A service can only be turned on if you are verified for that service. Regulated categories stay locked until your documentation is on file and reviewed.

Who PriMow Is For
