Terms of Service

By accessing or using PriMow Home Service Connect ("PriMow", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

PriMow is a technology platform that helps customers (homeowners, renters, landlords, property managers, and local businesses) connect with verified independent local service providers by category and zone.

PriMow does not perform home services. PriMow does not employ, supervise, direct, or control the providers listed on the platform. Providers are independent businesses solely responsible for the services they offer.

Providers are independent third parties. Verification refers to the documents and information PriMow has reviewed at intake, not an endorsement of any specific job, outcome, or qualification beyond what was submitted.

You agree to use PriMow lawfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse the platform or interfere with its operation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate property, access, pet, gate, and contact information; for confirming price and scope with the provider before work begins; and for ensuring the property is ready for service.

Providers are responsible for maintaining licenses, permits, insurance, tax compliance, professional conduct, the quality of their work, scheduling, estimates, billing, and customer service. See the Provider Agreement.

PriMow makes no guarantee of availability, pricing, workmanship, timing, or results. Matches depend on active provider coverage in your zone.

Some services or areas may not have a verified provider available yet. In those cases, PriMow may show that the service is not yet active, that no verified provider is available, or that providers are being recruited. Submitting interest or contact information for a not-yet-active service is not a service request and does not create an obligation by PriMow or any provider.

You may not use PriMow to harass, defraud, infringe rights, scrape data, circumvent matching, off-platform divert leads from active subscribed zones, or submit false information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

By using PriMow you agree that PriMow and the matched provider may contact you by phone, SMS, or email about your request and related platform notices. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as property photos). You grant PriMow a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and share that content with the matched provider and with vendors that operate the platform, solely to deliver and improve the service.

PriMow may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, the Provider Agreement, applicable law, or for risk to users, providers, or the platform.

PriMow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriMow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts, omissions, work, or damages of any provider.
